acceptable stay
high quality food excellent location smiley staff roof view restaurant selection
i found the breakfast amazing.. the selection had so much variety and included high quality food. the staff greeted us with smiles and offered champagne upon arrival. the location is excellent, only a short walk into town.
The view from our room was not ideal. We faced the roof of one of the restaurants. i requested a room change, but they claimed the hotel was fully booked.

clean gym convenient location weak air conditioning reserved sunbeds
OH my goodness, the breakfast buffet BLEW my mind! There was such a HUGE variety of options. I also REALLY appreciated the clean gym. It had fantastic ocean views. The hotel's location was super. It was close to many food options.
I found it greasy. The air conditioning in my room barely worked. My room was always quite warm. Sunbeds were reserved ALL day. It made it hard to use the pool without access to club Bali beds.

i stayed in the preferred club junior suite ocean view the beds were very comfortable i found the room quite spacious the hotel has many places to sit and relax the gardens were tropical and well maintained.

Live music played during breakfast. I enjoyed harpists and violinists performing. The breakfast buffet includes multiple options. I found the food excellent. I also appreciated the different restaurants to choose from.
I did not appreciate the plastic sheet under the bed linen.

stale pastries lukewarm food
the breakfast buffet had a large variety, but the pastries tasted stale. i noticed the hot food was often lukewarm, disappointing. pool towels were sometimes hard to find, and the dispensers were often empty by late afternoon. also, the mini-bar wasn't always restocked fully each day, causing some inconvenience, we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

untrained staff minibar replenishment
the location was acceptable. it provided access to nearby amenities.
The check-in process was problematic. the staff seemed untrained, or the software was cumbersome. the minibar replenishment was also an issue. I had to constantly chase housekeeping for it.

easy access sea views useful supermarket
i appreciate the hotel location very much. it allows easy access to the beach. the supermarket across the road was useful for buying water. the gym includes sea views, it was a highlight.
the sunbed area felt a little small. it was difficult to find a space sometimes.
